RedElephant Resources was formed in May 2022 by Elephant management in collaboration with RedBird Capital and family office investors to recapitalize Elephant’s Powder River Basin business and create an upstream value acquisition platform. RedElephant utilizes a value driven approach coupled with management’s extensive industry knowledge to identify opportunities across major U.S. basins. This relative value approach targets upstream assets and business which include both non-operated and operated properties as well as minerals and royalties.
